COVID-19 Update: Indoor and outdoor events and gatherings have resumed on a gradual, controlled and phased approach; however, alternative virtual modes of participation are still highly encouraged at this time.

GatorConnect is the University’s Event Permitting System (EPS). To permit your campus event please submit your request through Business Affairs GatorConnect. Events in the EPS include general events, runs/walks, and tabling. In addition to events, this system allows you to submit a request to serve alcoholic beverages, light Century Tower and to display temporary advertising (e.g., banners, yard signs, etc.) on campus.

Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) wishing to host an event should submit requests through the Office of Event Services.
