Elite Gator Award

July Winner

“Over the past 3 years, Jordan Benton has evolved from an administrative member of the Facilities Billing department into an Assistant Director and valuable member of the Facilities Services leadership team. She was first tasked with a special assignment to help with the reimplementation of AssetWorks CMMS. She is the reason that other departments are interested in becoming part of AssetWorks. Customer Feedback

I would like to take a moment to express my thanks and appreciation to Mary Cox-O’Loughlin (Facilities Services).  One of our employees accidentally knocked over the plexiglass shield on top of my desk that separates me from our customers.  Mary’s customer service is awesome.  She kept in contact with me through the entire process and went the extra mile to assist me.  Mary did not hesitate to help me.  I feel much safer with the shield in place during these COVID times.  I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to Mary, she is an asset to your department and she should be recognized for her outstanding service.  Again many thanks to Mary.  – From Jim McElveen, Disbursement Services
“Justin Weston (Facilities Services) goes above and beyond on a daily basis. He is a problem solver and always steps up to pitch in even for things he doesn’t have to do. His attitude is wonderful and we are so grateful for his hard work here at ICBR” said Heather Voet, Associate Director for Administration, UF ICBR
“Linda’s dedication as a team member and to our office is invaluable. Linda is kind and gracious to all, greeting everyone with a smile. Linda is such an important member of our group who deserves recognition for her contribution and tireless work to keep our building in tip-top shape.” – To Linda Williams of Facilities Services
