Mark your Calendars for the 2023 Facilities Services Holiday Parade

Share the joy of the holiday season at the fourth annual Facilities Services Holiday Parade on Tuesday, Dec. 19 at 9 a.m. UF Facilities Services, UFPD (University of Florida Police Department), and first responders from around Alachua County will join the festivities.

Attendees will see holiday decorated fire trucks, utility equipment, as well as a special appearance from Santa Claus himself.

“Facilities Services is forever excited to bring the Annual Christmas Parade to the children at the Baby Gator locations and the UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital,” said Senior Director of Operations for Facilities Services Gregg Clarke. “Seeing the joy and excitement on both the children’s and parade participant’s faces creates a holiday spirit for everyone to enjoy. We always want to make a difference and create positive experiences for the UF Community.”

The parade will travel through campus pausing at each Baby Gator location and Shands Children’s Hospital and intersections will be temporarily held to allow the parade to cross traffic. Please see this year’s full parade map route below. We hope to see you there!
