Dear Business Affairs Team,

As we begin a new academic year, let me start by first acknowledging the extensive work that has gone on throughout the summer to prepare us for this day. To the opening of new buildings like the Public Safety Building, the Honors Village, and soon the Malachowsky Hall for Data Science & Information Technology, to rolling out mobile credentialing, enhancing campus security, campus beautification efforts, and so much more.

You all have played a role in getting our campus ready for our students, faculty, and staff. Thank you for the hard work you do every day.

This academic year, as we build on the progress we have made as a division and as a university, never underestimate your ability to positively impact our campus community because you do it every day.

This is a special division filled with dedicated professionals who strive daily to make the campus experience memorable for our community.
